About Us

Who are Central North Leeds Primary Care Network (PCN)?

Central North Leeds PCN is made up of 5 GP practices in the LS17, LS6, LS7 & LS8 areas of Leeds, with a patient population of around 80,000.

Working Collaboratively across North Leeds, Meanwood, Oakwood, Scott Hall and Little London.

We offer a much wider range of primary care services to patients, providing access to a wider set of clinical disciplines than is possible in individual practices which allow GP practices to proactively and holistically care for patients and encourage them to manage their own health and well-being.
